Monkyfi LLC ("Monkyfi," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through monkyfi.com and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you submit our AI Assessment intake form, complete it with the website chatbot, or email us, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, optional phone number, company name, and details about your operation. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you not include customer personal data or credentials in form submissions or chat.

How We Use It

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our services, and follow up about Monkyfi Connect, Atlas, or Sentinel. We do not sell your information.

Third-Party Services

Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, in order to route your message to our inbox. Our website chatbot uses Claude (Anthropic) to answer questions and, when you ask it to, to collect the same AI Assessment intake fields and submit them through Web3Forms.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it upon request.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted to us by emailing hello@monkyfi.com.
